Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cookie order is canceled within 30 minutes of the original purchase. After this period your order is submitted and no refunds will be granted.
COVID and weather-related delays may impact shipping carriers, even with guaranteed arrival dates. Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. Once shipped, we are not responsible for package handling. Rest assured, we will do everything within our control to process your order promptly and ensure it is shipped securely.
